4.10   Holiday accommodation in the South East

The "Stay on a Farm 2003" BTA Guide (www.farmstay.co.uk) is the largest source of farm-based holidays in the UK with 1,000 - 1,100 entries. Figures for the South East Region are shown below although this clearly understates the actual number of businesses in operation. There is no overall co-ordination or pro-active packaging of farm stay/equestrian tourism.
